Owner and Founder
Emily is the Owner and Lead Remote HR Coordinator at VIVA Support.She is an experienced HR professional, with previous experience of running her own recruitment agency. Having started VIVA Support in early 2020, she has had the privilege of working with some incredible Freelancers and Businesses providing them all with the support to succeed.Emily holds a Level 3 CIPD qualification in HR Practice.

Jo Reeves

Graphic Designer
Jo has been working with VIVA Support since August 2021 supporting all things Graphic Design.Jo comes with a wealth of knowledge in advertising and creative design and supports VIVA Supports clients with stand out brochures, engaging presentations, eye catching biographies and employment handbooks that your employees actually want to read! Jo uses client’s existing branding to deliver bespoke, consistent and inspiring documents each and every time resulting in 100% customer satisfaction.

Laura McPhee

Recruitment & HR Assistant
Laura has been working with VIVA Support since November 2022 supporting with all things HR Administration with a strong focus on supporting our clients with Recruitment. Laura brings with her over 15 years of experience in a variety of administrative roles, most recently spending 6 years in Recruitment and HR administration. Laura holds a CIPD Level 3 Diploma in HR practice.

Jasmine Panayides

HR Content Writer
Jasmine Panayides is a HR Writer who writes about all things HR, recruitment, HR tech, L&D and people analytics. Jasmine has qualifications in Psychology and HR, as well as a strong background in Human Resources.

“With a solid 10 year background in the childcare sector, both public and private, I decided to set up a Nanny and Domestic Help Recruitment Agency in 2014.

After three fantastic years, my business partner and I decided to sell our Recruitment Agency in order for me to focus on my growing family.

I returned to employment as a Business Administrator in the education sector taking care of everything from email management, invoicing and credit control right through to supporting in HR related meetings, interviewing candidates and everything in between!

In 2019, I had my second child and whilst on maternity leave, I took the decision to go it alone in order to give me more flexibility and allow to me to fulfil my own dreams in being a successful business owner…and Very Important Virtual Assistant (VIVA) Support was born.

I love to help people get organised and I get a thrill from seeing people succeed and reach their goals, just by allowing me to take care of the jobs that are sucking their time and energy.

I have had the opportunity to work with some incredible people that I have helped in their time of need, when they have had admin overflow. Focusing mainly on helping Freelance HR Professionals, but also working with larger companies on specific projects and providing interim HR Support to businesses with an already established HR Department.

I have supported clients with note taking, writing up minutes, amending employment contracts and employee handbooks, researching and implementing HR Systems, improving Onboarding processes and providing day to day HR Support to employees amongst a lot of other things!”
